Our mission is to require the new property owners, Avalon Bay Communities Inc., to include a bowling facility in their new proposed mutli-use development. This requirement will ensure the following: * A safe environment for our children, friends and families to interact any time of the year. * Providing a variety of other places to gather besides boutiques, restaurants, and movie theaters. * Local community recreation within walking and biking distances, to keep our community green. * Give the more than 2000 people who bowl at Sunset Bowl each week a business to patronize and enjoy.
